Returned from Kiev wednesday morning March 28, but I was on my way again to the Lyon airport in the late afternoon.
I saw the new terminal, like an eagle in flight, see picture.
Next day we visited Lannemezan, a small town near Pau at the feet of the Pyrenees. There was still snow on top of the mountains.
We were welcomed by the mayor: le maire Bernard Plano, and his equipe.
During the lunch I was sitting opposed to the bust of Marianne; I couldn't resist to make this sketch. How more typical french can you get...?
