Delft

My wife and I had a nice long weekend in Delft, The Hague and Scheveningen. The weather was fantastic. I sketched this while drinking coffee on a terrace on the Beestenmarkt in Delft, you can see the "new church" (it's what you call new....it dates back to 14-15th century....) through the trees. It's the second highest churchtower of the Netherlands, the one of Utrecht (see the sketch of a week ago) is the highest.

Beautiful sketch, with a little touch of color ! I like the way you drew the windows.

To be honest, I didn't like the effect on paper at first, but on the screen it somehow looks OK.

I like the green touches. They add movement to graphic sketch. I like so muck to sketch the city, but windows drive me crazy))
