Liège 3rd


The 3rd drawing of the Laporello that I made in Liege.
And a picture of the camera tripod that I use as drawing board, in this case rather high up on a wall.
As a nice detail: Lapin was standing next to me drawing the view into the other direction. And that was actually the second time, two years ago we both did the same view on an earlier USK meeting.

Thanks Rob. To find the time is not so difficult: refrain from watching tv. Watching commercials is the worst waste of time ever.

I like the way most of the composition is a line draw but then a small amount of shading brings out the 3d effect.
In reading your previous comment, I agree that TV is a big waste of time 90p.c. of the time. Better to read or draw!

Thanks Michael. It cost some effort to refrain from too much colour and detailing. It helped that I had already done (more or less) this scene on an earlier occasion.
