Florence: waiting for the Uffizi

Waiting in line for the Uffizi Museum in Florence, for two hours. Enough time to make this sketch.
It was worth it.

Nice sketch. I like your black and white technique. By the way, I was at the Uffizi on October 2, the day after you made this sketch. We might have bumped into one another! I had made reservations for 10 am, and got in within minutes. The collection was impressive as well as the way that the gallery was laid-out in two long corridors on the second floor. Too bad some rooms were closed, but that's to be expected. I liked the cafe terrace where you could rest and admire the scenery over Florence.
