Testing the other sketchbook, Hahnemühle watercolour A4.
Like with the Canson one, rather smooth paper as compared to Moleskine.
Works nice, much like the Canson.
This drawing was made with coloured acrylic inks. Next step will be testing with watercolour.

Your last two ink sketches are nice simple compositions and the colour of the inks are very appealing - a great mixture of cool and warm. I know how critical it is to get the right sketckbook paper. I've also tried a lot of different brands like Stilman & Birn, Fabriano, Moleskine watercolour and Canson, but lately I've come to enjoy the Strathmore 500 series sketchbooks. They are all good quality products so sometimes it just comes down to a question of price and easy availability.
(sorry for the slow comment, was away on business). Thanks for the tips, I will try Strathmore some time, if they are available here.
