Quite dissatisfied with my drawings and paintings lately. The weather is too horrible to go outside. As compensation I have been trying to improve my portrait skills and trying gouache. But I already threw away quite a number of trials. Even this one, based on a picture of some soccer/football trainer, is not what I was looking for.

Altho the weather is very bleak you might wanna catch the high water.
For me I found a nice old farmer with some lovely old barns, warm cosy but a bit smelley.
Thanks Rene. Yes you made a number of paintings in barns, a good idea (and well executed). A friend of mine has horses, I considered doing the same there. But it will have to wait untill I retire. I work during the workweek-daylight hours, and the weekends are for family and other social stuff. It will come, I will take you as a guidance. :)
