Merkelbeek

Last wednesday I ran my weekly short round, 8km circling Oirsbeek, Merkelbeek and Amstenrade. The sun set beautifully over the hills. I went there again this evening to sketch and paint the scene, unfortunately less sun, but still a nice view.

Dank je Geert-Jan.
Ludek, obviously I can't run&draw, sometimes you see things that you'd like to draw. But often when you return later,it doesn't look that good anyway. It's probably the endorfines.

Nice scene! This one does look good even without a rush of endorphines.

My daily run is around 16 km...but I do it sitting in a car. :)

Thank you for visiting my second blog too.

Balaji, buy yourself a pair of running shoes. But I will admit that India is probably not the best country to go running, remembering the heat and traffic over there.
