Hortensia

Hortensia (Hydrangea macrophylla) retrieved from our own garden. We have a lot of them, at least 15 different ones. Beautiful plants, especially in this season, when the colour deepen en change with the changing weather.
Yes, autumn started this week, with rain, cold and a lot of wind. A good reason to stay inside for drawing...

Rene, this is a beautiful sketch. I love to sketch flowers too. Especially when the summer is gone, than every flower is very enjoyable.

Yes Matthias, I saw that in your blog. Well it's your profession to know all about flowers ;) The thing I love about autumn are the fast changing colours in nature (and so is early Spring).
