Moss garden

I bought a white coloured Posca Marker lately, but I hadn't used it so far.
Yesterday I made a scribble on a yellow post-it, and decided to improvise some more with other materials, like standard office red fineliners (non-waterproof), sepia pentel brush washed out with a nylon waterbrush, black ink pen. Later I added some white touches with the marker. Promising materials.

These sketches look great - a fine atmosphere for Halloween!
Like you, I sometimes need a little highlighting for a watercolor sketch. While I may use masking fluid if I've anticipated it, occasionally I'll use white gouache or some chinese white. Your solution sounds equally effective.

haha, I never intended Halloween. Until a few years ago it was practically unknown here, but the event is growing nowadays. I also used gouache, but it takes a bit of the colour under it and turns it into a garish grey. I am looking for something that avoids that effect, this Marker comes close as it is based on white acrylics. I'll keep you posted on my experiences.
